This is a single owner lightly used, beautiful playing and sounding tenor. The line features four models, all of which are perfect for professional trombone players as well as college level musicians. The new models all feature 8.5-in. yellow brass bells and gold epoxy lacquer. The YSL-610 Professional Trombone replaces the YSL-681G, and features a .547-in. bore.

I have a Yamaha YSL684 (bought in 1986). When searching on the net, I find references to both YSL-684 and 684G. Does anybody know the difference (s) between these two horns?
If it had a gold brass bell the model would say 681G. Otherwise it's yellow brass. Depending on the age the serial number may or may not be of use. I bought my 682G around 1985 and I had two to try: 001110 and 001234 (one was a yellow bell and one was a gold bell).
