I was looking at the Omega Seamaster quartz and it has a really good movement , is the ETA Movement 255.461 Quartz , really nice finish and good quality , it cost 0 and it has 6 jewels. The current Omega Cal.1538 is an ETA 255.461. It is a fairly old movement so it could be the same movement as in your 1995 Seamaster.
